Clean apartments, cosy rooms with balcony. Well-stocked kitchenette. Close to the beach and supermarket. Great entertainment lounge and indoor pool with slides.
Nothing all good.

The proximity to the fabulous beach is wonderful. We rented good bikes very cheaply through the hotel too.
I was surprised that time in the hotel pool was limited to 2 hours per day ! This seemed a little mean. The outlook of our room wasn't so nice - other apartment blocks + the car park. The complex is quite big + plasticky, aimed at (German) families more as a 'package', not really our kind of thing but the pool was a blessing in the rain.

The welcome was excellent. We were very satisfy with the courtersy and friendliness of when we were not happy with our room location. Immediately the staff oblige to accomodate our preferences for an upper floor room rather than a ground floor location.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways! the value for money was incredible, especially considering its beachfront location. The prices were reasonable, allowing us to enjoy a comfortable stay without breaking the bank. Secondly, the attention to detail was superb. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with big windows that provided stunning views. We also appreciated the kitchenette, which allowed us to prepare our own meals when we wanted to. And last but not least, the breakfast was a delight! The proper rolls were fresh and delicious, setting us up for a day of exploration.
Thankfully, there was not a single thing we felt could be improved during our stay.

Very comfortable apartment, friendly staff, beautiful beach etc
As an english speaker, some additional guidance about the hotel in english on check in would have been helpful ... but still a great place.

Good location nearby strand, apartment absolutely suitable for family holidays (2+1), nice staff, good breakfast and even better half-board (buffet), several restaurants and bars, aquapark (small-one ;)). If you book only night-beds then you have possibility to choose everyday whether you want to have an brakfast or/and dinner at afternoon. Of course you pay then extra fee, but it gives you the flexibility to eat the dinner somewhere else than at hotel if one wish so. Dog-friendly place, as whole Ruegen is.
Half-board: I was really suprised that besides you pay normal fee, you have to pay extra for non-alcoholic beverages, I can understand extra fee if you want bottle of wine... but... tea or orange juice??? (at breakfast those drinks are free). If you rent an apartment the cleaning-service requires extra-fee. Parking: extra fee. City tax: extra fee. So be prepared for "hidden" costs ;)

I recently stayed at a hotel on Rugen Island and had a fantastic time. the hotel was excellent value for money, with affordable prices that suited my budget perfectly. The attention to detail was evident throughout, with clean and well-maintained buildings and grounds. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's location right in front of the beautiful beach area. It was so convenient to be able to walk out the door and be on the beach within minutes. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, providing top-notch service that made me feel welcome and well taken care of. The rooms were comfortable and had nice amenities, including a kitchenette with everything I needed. I also loved the big windows in the room, which allowed for plenty of natural light and a lovely view. Lastly, I have to mention the breakfast, which was delicious and included proper rolls that were a delightful way to start the day.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I can't think of anything that could have been improved.

We celebrated New Year's Eve at a hotel next to the beach. The spacy rooms had big windows that provided us with a nice view. We enjoyed the pool, which was included in the stay. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We also liked having a tiny kitchen in the room. The hotel is located close to a supermarket and gave us a ticket card for a local bus.
Some of the mattresses were too hard, which made sleep uncomfortable and caused hip pain. We didn't like that there were sometimes dogs in the hotel that barked non-stop.

During our New Year's stay, we enjoyed the spacious room that was well-stocked with a range of kitchenette facilities. The hotel's proximity to the beach, with just a short three-minute walk from our building, was a definite plus. We also appreciated the hotel's family-friendly amenities such as the video arcade and go-kart, which kept our kids entertained.
We experienced some issues during our stay, the first being the unreliable wi-fi. staff members struggled with English, and communication was often difficult.

Additionally, the breakfast with proper rolls was a great way to start the day.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was perfect.

This hotel was perfectly situated just steps from the sandy beach and with easy access to the town center. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure that my stay was enjoyable. Cleanliness was also a top priority, and the hotel facilities were impressive, including a great swimming pool.
It was all superb.

Recently, I stayed at a hotel with great facilities. The environment was lovely with a great location as the hotel is just across the promenade. Next to the hotel, there is an Edeka supermarket and it is located on the beach. At the 'Wellenbrecher' restaurant, I enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere and the delicious food. The rooms were comfortable with big windows and equipped with a well-stocked kitchenette. The bathroom was clean, too. Unfortunately, there were some smokers just outside my window, which was quite unpleasant.
